Welcome to Helping Hands Work and Wellness

...where we are committed to helping people achieve their highest functional potential. More than words, it's the PASSION that guides everything we do.

Aside from being "results-oriented" in every aspect of our business, we also strive to delight our customers and help them "find the balance" in their therapy or wellness experience! These experiences cross a variety of services from hand therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome and traumatic injuries, to physical therapy for low back pain...from massage therapy for fibromyalgia to Pfrimmer massage for neuromuscular problems.

For over 30 years, Indianapolis entrepreneur Heidi Hermann Wright has been the owner of this leading edge private practice. Ms. Wright's entrepreneurial spirit is the energy behind Helping Hands Work's existence and provides the ongoing momentum for growth!

HHW accepts the majority of insurance plans for its occupational therapy and physical therapy services. All massage therapy services are private pay.

We invite you to stop by, take a tour and meet our team!
